✨ Every Monday we have a short vowel review (sounds, actions, and word practice). This has to be SOLID before kids can decode. They stand and act out there vowel sounds with me and we read words that they will see in their decodable text that day. I love them so much! 👏🏻I’m living the long vowel life in kindergarten right now. How do these kids walk in barely knowing their letter sounds and now they’re reading long vowels in connected text!?
