✨ Every Monday we have a short vowel review (sounds, actions, and word practice). This has to be SOLID before kids can decode. They stand and act out there vowel sounds with me and we read words that they will see in their decodable text that day. I love them so much! Subitizing FUN!!! It’s that time of the year where we are adding and subtracting each day and I’m watching the efficiency of my [kinder] counters. Recognizing these numbers automatically will SIGNIFICANTLY help their number sense! I made these into game cards for the kids to play WAR with too.
